How the Consultancy Process Works

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Purpose: Understand the client’s needs, challenges, and goals.

What happens:

  • You schedule a meeting (virtual or in-person) with the client.

  • Ask questions to uncover:

    • Pain points or gaps

    • Desired outcomes (e.g., ESG compliance, impact measurement, project development)

    • Policy or regulatory review (if relevant)

  • Develop a clear plan:

    • Define objectives, KPIs, and milestones

    • Recommend actions, initiatives, or programs

  • Present the strategy for client feedback and alignment.

Step 3: Implementation Support

Purpose: We help the client execute the strategy effectively.

What happens:

  • We provide hands-on support:

    • Workshops, trainings, or coaching for staff

    • Coordination with partners

    • Project management support for initiatives or pilot programs
